Public Offer

1. Introduction

This public offer agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between FOP Shashkevych Oleh Hennadiyovych (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”), legal address: Ukraine, 49124, Dnipropetrovsk region, Dnipro city, Lypova street, building 16, apartment 15, contact details: oleh.shashkevych@outlook.com, and any person who accepts this offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”).

2. Terms and Definitions

  • Contractor – FOP Shashkevych Oleh.
  • Client – any person who accepts the terms of this Agreement and uses the services of the Contractor.
  • Services – website development and maintenance, as well as other services specified in the Contractor’s economic activities.

3. General Provisions

  • This Agreement is a public offer in accordance with Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
  • Acceptance of this offer is carried out by visiting the Contractor’s website and using its services.

4. Procedure for Providing Services

  • The Contractor provides services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the specifications agreed with the Client, including orally.
  • Services are provided after payment is received in the Contractor’s account: 3486005158 SHASHKEVYCH OLEH UA343077700000026003611181643 with the payment purpose “for computer programming services”.

5. Responsibilities of the Parties

  • The Contractor is responsible for the quality of the services provided in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
  • The Client is responsible for timely payment for services and providing the necessary information for order fulfillment.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

  • The Contractor undertakes to ensure the confidentiality of the Client’s personal data in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and GDPR requirements.
  • The Client agrees to the processing of their personal data by the Contractor for the purpose of fulfilling this Agreement.

7. Dispute Resolution Procedure

  • All disputes and disagreements arising in connection with the execution of this Agreement are resolved through negotiations between the parties.
  • If no agreement is reached, the dispute is subject to consideration in court in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

8. Term of the Agreement and Termination Conditions

  • This Agreement comes into force from the moment of acceptance of the offer by the Client and is valid until the parties fully fulfill their obligations.
  • The Client has the right to terminate this Agreement at any time by notifying the Contractor 14 days before the termination date.

9. Other Provisions

  • All changes and additions to this Agreement are valid only in written form and signed by both parties.
  • If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity of the other provisions of the Agreement.
